Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern the use of MyHub Player. By using the application or engaging our services as a provider, you accept these terms.

MyHub Player is operated by Luis Rivera, based in Honduras.

Nature of the service

MyHub Player is media playback software. It is not a content service. Expressly and without exception:

• We do not host audiovisual content.
• We do not store or retransmit it.
• We do not index, catalogue or provide content lists.
• We have no access to providers' content servers.
• We cannot inspect, moderate or filter what a provider distributes from their own infrastructure.

Provider responsibility

Each provider using MyHub Player represents and warrants that:

• They are solely responsible for the content they distribute to their users.
• They hold all rights, licenses and authorizations necessary to distribute it in the territories where they operate.
• They comply with applicable law on intellectual property, telecommunications and consumer protection.
• They will indemnify and hold harmless MyHub Player and its owner against any third-party claim arising from the content they distribute.

Acceptable use

MyHub Player does not and cannot verify compliance with the above. It is prohibited to use the application to:

• Distribute content without the corresponding rights.
• Distribute content that is illegal in the end user's jurisdiction.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts or data belonging to others.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the application.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the software without written authorization.

Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service to any provider that breaches these terms, is subject to a well-founded claim of rights infringement, or fails to meet their payment obligations.

Faced with a well-founded copyright claim, suspension may be immediate and without prior notice.

Service availability

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control.

Content playback does not depend on our infrastructure. If our servers are unavailable, activation of new devices and some complementary features may be affected, but content continues to travel directly from the provider's server.

Intellectual property

The MyHub Player application, its code, design, brand and documentation are the property of Luis Rivera. The brand customization each provider receives, including logo, name and server, transfers no rights over the software.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyHub Player shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the provider in the last month.

Modifications

We may modify these terms. Substantial changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras.
